An automated engineer by training, he has over 30 years of management and entrepreneurial experience, managing enterprises in the food, flour milling, oil and gas, and construction industries, including rebuilding and launching production facilities. Since 2014, he has worked in agribusiness, purchasing and exporting grain and oilseed crops to China, Europe, and other markets. The idea to produce feed flour in Kazakhstan arose from years of observing the growth of meat and dairy consumption in China and the country's desire to diversify its supply sources. This led to the development of a strategy to process grain domestically and supply finished products with added value.

He began his career in the agricultural sector in 2018 as a logistics manager. He handled export documentation, unloaded railcars, and organized shipments. In 2019, he became a leading sales specialist.

Has been with the group of companies since 2022. Has a deep understanding of the European, Central Asian, and Chinese markets. Responsible for the entire commercial cycle: interaction with suppliers, preparation of export documentation, and organization of product shipments.

He has been involved in the agricultural industry since 2016. He began his career in agriculture as a deputy director, overseeing crop production and livestock farming. In 2023, he oversaw the construction of a feed and bran plant from scratch, with a capacity of 80 tons per hour, and after the launch, he became its director. Today, he applies his experience to developing production processes and modern technologies at RLP Forage. He is responsible for product quality at all of the holding's elevator sites, ensuring feed meal meets contractual requirements, ensuring smooth operation, and upgrading equipment.

41 years old, lives in Novoishimskoye. Over 14 years of production experience: 11 years as chief mechanic, then as branch director with full responsibility for product quality management and process control. Education: mechanical engineer in agricultural engineering (A. Baitursynov Kostanay State University). Responsible for fulfilling the feed meal production plan at the Novoishimskoye site.

Born May 13, 1978. He holds a degree in agronomy, specializing in storage and processing of crop products, from the Kostanay Agricultural Institute. He entered the agricultural industry through university placement, and his entire career has been in the industry ever since. He oversees operations at Astyk Mol LLP and also serves as an advisor to the director of Astyk Novoishimka.
